Ricky Loyal
Ricky Loyal is an experienced executive and advisor with a career spanning senior roles in investment banking, private equity-backed businesses, and healthcare leadership.
He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at GlucoRx, a leading UK innovator in diabetes care.
Most recently, Ricky was CFO and Head of M&A at Dental Beauty Group, a Nordic Capital–backed platform, where he helped grow the business from 12 to over 40 clinics and led the execution of more than 20 acquisitions. Prior to that, he spent a decade at HSBC, where he advised on high-profile healthcare transactions across Europe and the Middle East.
He brings a rare blend of financial leadership, strategic execution, and operational insight to every engagement.
